Chest wall osteoradionecrosis, one of the most serious complications radiation therapy for breast cancer treatment, is usually treated by wide debridement followed coverage with a well-vascularized flap. However, extent radiation-induced injury and limits in performing resection injured bones often present challenges treatment. Herein, we our experience treating chest osteoradionecrosis contralateral Y-V flap an 81-year-old woman. She was diagnosed had grade 3 ptotic breasts. Redundant tissue used reconstruction to cover wound. The elevated subfascial plane after inverted-T incision made lower pole inframammary fold breast, while preserving perforators left lateral thoracic artery. spread using advancement fashion patient discharged 2 weeks surgery. At 19 months postoperation, there were no or recurrence. satisfied short recovery time surgical results. allows simple quick reconstruction, potentially expanding available treatment options therefore increasing flexibility choosing plan patients.
